Functional Fitness

Monday through Friday, we have morning and evening group classes, led by one of our coaches. These classes combine strength training, weight lifting, and metabolic conditioning that is personalized for each member. We meet each gym member where they are, whether that is someone who has never lifted a weight, someone rehabbing from an injury, or a seasoned athlete looking to get to the next level of their training.

Monday-Friday: 6:00-7:00am
M/W/F: 5:00-6:00pm
T/TH: 5:30-6:30pm

Core & more

Get fit and burn calories on your lunch break! These 30 minute sessions are designed to get your heart rate up and work your whole body. All movements focus on bodyweight and light equipment.

Current schedule:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 11:30-12:00pm

Recovery Day and Open Gym

On Saturdays, we offer recovery day workouts which are designed to focus only on body weight exercises and get your heart rate up without strenuous lifts or complex movements. Co-Op members are also given access to the gym to workout on their own schedule, and at their own pace.

Physical Therapy

Gamble Bay Fitness Co-Op has partnered with Elite Kitsap to offer performance based physical therapy for both members and the general public. Elite Kitsap is owned by Caleb Cummins, who is a physical therapist, Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Elite Kitsap offers detailed assessments, 1-on-1 sessions, and personalized interventions specific to your needs. They are currently accepting new clients, and offer discounts on services for Gamble Bay Fitness members. Check out their website, and contact them to learn more!
